WHAT EXACTLY IS A GHOST?
A ghost is the energy and spirit (or soul) of a person who has passed away and is either stuck between the veils of existence, unable to cross over for some reason or have chosen to stay on our level of existence by choice. The reasons why or how ghosts are here truly remains a mystery. The best we can do is to make educated guesses and well-formed opinions based on years of researched information and documented evidence.
CAN GHOST HURT PEOPLE?
There are only two documented cases of ghosts being “accused” of physically harming people. Outside of the legal system, a ghost may cause a person to develop mental health problems, can cause someone to have an accident out of fear, and may even induce a heart attack in someone with a weak heart.
WHAT DO GHOSTS WANT?
This question is very subjective, so it cannot be generalized to all ghosts. The can have unfinished business, need assistance, seek revenge, or may not even know they are dead and are wondering why are you in their house. There are too many possibilities to say for sure.
DO GHOSTS COME FROM ANOTHER REALM?
There is no scientific evidence that any other realm exists for us to go to when we die.
WHAT IS THE EVIDENCE FOR GHOSTS?
Since the existence of ghosts cannot be proven empirically, the evidence that we have available is based in social memory. Which includes personal accounts, word of mouth, written documentation, recordings, photographs, and artistic expression.
HAS THE PARANORMAL EVER BEEN PROVEN?
In order for something to be proven, you have to conduct an empirical experiment in a controlled environment and be able to be replicated and get the same results over and over again.

DO YOU INVESTIGATE EVERY CASE REPORTED TO YOU?
We take every testimony seriously and believe that nobody should have to feel like they have no options or solutions in dealing with their experiences. We will try and do a consultation and get a feel of the site before launching a full investigation. If we feel there is evidence or that someone's mental or physical well-being may be compromised, we will follow up with the appropriate actions.
IF YOU DO NOT FIND ANYTHING ON AN INVESTIGATION, DOES THAT MEAN THE PLACE IS NOT HAUNTED?
Spirits or entities can come and go as they please. They can also choose who they want to reveal themselves to. Sometimes they hide from us when we are at an investigation or maybe just want to observe what we are doing from a distance. We will try our best to lure them out or make contact with the entity. However, if we do not capture any unexplained evidence, it does not mean there isn't something there.
CAN ANYONE GUARANTEE TO GET RID OF A HAUNTING?
No, there is no way to ensure success with experiences involving an uncontrolled entity. If someone guarantees this, it shows that they honestly do not know what they are doing or what they are dealing with. At the most I can promise you we will do our best to reach a positive and safe solution and/or find other options or avenues that may help.
